John Mc Inerney has been involved in the village for over 20 years. Establishing his career at Noel Jones, he quickly created a strong reputation for integrity and soon had purchased the company. He then established John Mc Inerney First National, assisting many, many people move into the Mount Eliza community. John has built an enormous contact base over his 20 years in Mount Eliza. He has personally bought & sold many properties around the Village including doing small subdivisions. Mount Eliza is his passion and he is always happy to help. His attention to detail and follow up is impeccable and sets him apart from other agents in the area.

John has now joined forces with Ian Lyon, as Directors, to open the New Two Bays Real Estate. Director - Ian Lyon

Ian Lyon is proud to be Director & business partner with John McInerney, opening the New Two Bays Real Estate Mount Eliza. Having lived in Mount Eliza for 15 years, Ian has a sound knowledge of the local community. With a career spanning over a decade, Ian has successfully built a reputation of high integrity, excellent communication and strong negotiation skills.

Ian has always wanted to own an independent office. Two Bays Real Estate Mount Eliza will not be restrained by interfering franchise rules and restrictions on how they are allowed to assist their clients. Area Manager - Bill Joycey

Bill Joycey is proud to be joining the new Two Bays Real Estate team in Mount Eliza and being new to the industry is very excited to be working with such dedicated and enthusiastic people. Having lived in Mount Eliza for more than 10 years and over 30 years in surrounding suburbs, Bills knowledge of the area is very sound. 

Bill’s previous employment as Quality Manager with Australia’s leading glass manufacturer entailed him to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, a position he fulfilled successfully.  This allows him to bring to this position the passion and tenacity to help others achieve their dream in the most stress free environment possible. 

Bill is a married father of two children who attend school in Mount Eliza and enjoys the life style that the Peninsula can offer.  He involves himself in community activities such as Mornington Life Saving Club Nipper program and team coach of a Mount Eliza basketball team.  Bill keeps himself fit by swimming and cycling regularly which stimulates healthy body and mind and promotes a positive outlook on life.
